Rooted Slow Flow - Studio Class

A creative, gentle flow designed to balance the mind and body with controlled movements, breath awareness, and guided relaxation. This class is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Slowing down provides an opportunity to relax the nervous system, open the body, and provides space to tune inward. Explore your edge while feeling relaxed and renewed. This class is appropriate for all ages, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.
