
Start your Weekend with this energizing refreshing flow. Embodied flow is a slow Vinyasa flow class accessible to all bodies. This class will feature a series of dynamic postures one flowing into the next, with a heavy emphasis on connecting breath and movement, to embody a moving meditation. Some intermediate poses will be incorporated with options and modifications for all levels. Mindful movement, Breathwork, and Guided Meditation will be utilized to energize the body and quiet the mind.
